After telling me they'd bring the car over, it took over 30 minutes to finally get my car back. When I went to the desk multiple times to ask if it was ready, they coldly told me that my car was still being washed. I saw other customers who came after me receive their vehicles as well. I was frustrated with the timing and was treated coldly by the employees.
