I came in earlier than my appointment and I was accommodated despite the long line. I like it that there was an Uber that brought me to where I wanted to go and back to Longo. John was very helpful and he made sure I could go back after the service was completed. Service time was within 2 hours and they delivered it! Great job!????

Kelly Yang and Service Director Paul Wareham are so personable and attentive to my repair issues whenever I come into Longo. And not just me but I’ve observed how the personalized service they extend to all of their customers. That’s why Longo has so many loyal clients. They make an effort to keep you informed and explain the details of your service requirements in a comprehensive and understandable manner. I own 2 ES models and will always have my cars serviced elsewhere. I have two neighbors that also praise the Longo Service Department. Thanks again Kelly, Paul, your mechanics and staff
