I received a text from my service advisor that my left rear wheel had a nail. He offered to have the wheel patched for $21.95. I declined his service for I could take it to America’s Tire in Pasadena (where I’ve purchased tires for years). Upon receiving the vehicle back, I inspected all tires and couldn’t find any nails. I took it immediately to America’s Tire and they performed a water leak test on the rear left wheel. They confirmed that there was no nail and no leak and that there was no need for a patch. I showed the technician my Longo service work order and he said that the whole situation seemed odd. He said that the work order didn’t state what specific tire had a nail. Very displeased with this situation.

Rodolfo provided an above and beyond Service experience. He sent us a video of the issue with my car and looked into the extended warranty for me and advised me if it was not cover the payment would go towards the work on h the my car.
