This was the first time I worked with Frank Lorusso as my service rep. I was impressed with his ability to insure that my concerns were addressed in a positive manner and my concerns of the several possible problems. My car was not washed after the service. The service was done as asked. Beau did a great job and has asked the shop foreman to get involved with the Multi Terrain Select error code. We are all waiting on Lexus to resolve this issue. It has been in 3 times for this same error message.

The side mirrors don’t close when I lock the doors. I believe the service man did something or didn’t set up the system. I have to take my car to fix this problem again.
