The service was good. I was told initially that at 11:00 it would be a 2 hour service, recommended by the person scheduling the appointment. But, at that time of morning after being suggested by the Longo person, as my wife was unable to get ahold of Robin, I was informed by Robin it would be about 4 hours at that time, and did receive a car to get home and return. Also the outside service person was asked to remove a wrinkled plastic protective covering left inside, back of the vehicle at the time of manufacture. I was told it would be removed. It was not. Still there. Still wrinkled. I’d do it myself if I was more flexible. But getting into the back seat of an RC350 is not for older people.
