I wan happy at the start and the service. I was so unhappy with the checked out of my vehicle at the end. I was checked out by the cashier and was asked to wait outside for my vehicle. I waited for 20 minutes and asked for help several time to locate my vehicle. And I was asked if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes for my vehicle to be washed or take the car unwashed. I wasn’t able to wait any longer so I told them to bring my car which I should of been told at the cashier.

1. A 60K mile service/check was completed. Jim reported that work needs to be done on the control arm, front ball joints and front lower stabilizer bar links for a total of approximately $2600. He texted me pics of these areas. The name of the text looked very suspicious so I deleted it. Later I talked with Jim and he said that text contained the pics. I asked him to resend them and he said he didn’t think he would be able to do so, for some reason. I explained to him that if I’m going to be spending almost $2600 in addition to the $1800 I’m already spending, I would need to see those pics, so Jim found a way to email them. (Did I really have to state that condition in order to get the pics?) I decided to decline these services at this time. When I received my invoice, under the section of “recommended but not performed,” it states I need work on my windshield washer fluid indicator and spark plugs. It says nothing about the 3 aforementioned recommendations. Curious. 2. When I went to pay my bill, it was higher than I anticipated. Jim was at lunch so Service Provider Robyn went over the invoice with me. He discovered I was overcharged almost $250 for my tires. He had the invoice corrected. Thank you Robyn! 3. It was explained to me, and documented on my invoice, that currently I’m using a non-compatible floor mat and was informed that my floor mat was removed and replaced with a compatible one and that my current floor mat was “placed in the trunk/rear cargo area for guest safety.” When my car was brought out, I checked to ensure the floor mat was replaced and it was not. I informed an employee by the name of Emanuel and he checked into it. He said Longo would “drop off the mat to my home.” Due to having so many issues on this one service trip, my trust in Longo has been compromised.
