John was great he text me while I was working to keep me updated about my car. I know the status of my car and got a text message when it was done. He asked me if I needed anything else and kept me posted about another recall I had to do.

Man is an excellent advisor that gets the issue with your car done right the first time. Also all the Longo staff is very helpful and friendly.
