Frank is my regular Service Advisor - he was on vacation this week. His associate Baou Ly did an excellent job in his absence.
It’s just in the morning when I checked in and waited 45 minutes to meet with the advisor although I have an appointment. Hope the waiting time will be better improvement. But after I met Beau Ly, he is quickly helped me for my car service and also order the Uber for my transportation. I am very satisfied Beau Ly’s service.

Beau Ly is an absolute professional, he went above and beyond to help and accommodate me and provided me with incomparable customer relations service. Frankly, he has been the only Longo Lexus representative/employee who has made my experience with Longo Lexus tolerable/palatable. Everything went according to expectations with service and timing. The detail was exceptional. They buffed out some significant scratches that I was worried I would have to repaint later. I appreciate all the extra efforts!
