I called Saturday asking to schedule service to change my windshield until the new windshield was in stock, spoke to Chris (extremely helpful) told me he couldn’t get it till Wednesday so I said ok Ill schedule to drop off my car then because I didn’t want my car there for no reason. Spoke to Beau to schedule drop off Wednesday after work 6pm and he agreed to have my car ready for Thursday, well Thursday I get a voicemail ( I am a urgent care nurse can not answer my phone) stating he needs to talk to me to call back, I go on lunch call Longo because Beau doesn’t answer his phone or reply to my text speak to really nice phone operator and tells me she will relay message onto texting me info request as I can not answer calls, Beau texted me at 1:30 stating my car will not be ready after all and no real ETA onto when he said maybe tomorrow maybe Monday…. So ok things happen I understand so I ask if since my car will be there longer can I please get a oil change. I pick up my car today at 5pm no oil change extremely dirty inside and out and no direction onto if I can even wash my car since they just put on the windshield. Sincerely worst service ever.
