I called originally due to an emergency, I had a tire blow out. I was told to come in they could see me and the tire would be at service waiting for me. I got there, no tire waiting. Then I was told to wait, which I did, then to go inside and speak to someone at the desk. I went inside and the lady at the desk told me the agent outside would come and talk to me. I waited about 30 minutes and nothing. I went back to the same lady at the desk and she told me my car was already taken in the back and there were 2 customers in front of me. Great! I went to Wendy to get some lunch around 11:30. At 11:40 I get a call asking me what I brought the car in for. I explained the same exact thing I told the agent who checked me in, I need 1 tire to replace the donut on the passengers side in the back. I get back about 30 minutes later and start working on my laptop. Around 2pm someone comes to me and tells me it will be a couple of hours before the car is done. That wasn’t what I was told initially, which was there were only 2 people ahead of me. I ended up leaving around 4:10pm, almost 5 hours after I arrived.
Beau as always provided thorough information in a very professional manner when addressing my concerns.
Edgar is professional, generous and efficiency is his work. I has been Longo Lexus customer since we relocated to this area and finally found an honest Customer service advisor like him and will continue to be your customer for as long as a Lexus user.
