When my car was ready for pock up, there was no one to explain me about the service.

We were not happy that the Uber driver did not come to the Lexus stop and eventually cancelled the ride so we had to wait for the car! That is not Longi’s fault, but should be noted.

After he texted me regarding information about my car repair and service, I did
not receive a response to my text or voicemail and had to call him again to communicate with him. Once I was able to talk to him he handled the servicing and repair of my car well.

Jim gave great service as always. Only wished when I scheduled appointment that the web site would have said it would be major. Then I wouldn’t have had to use UBER. But it worked out!
