He was super helpful and took the time to explain everything to me.
I am not happy that once my vehicle was done getting maintance on it, that a regular valet person was allowed ro drive my car. I have a highly modified Lexus RCF that is only supposed to be driven by the Master Tech to avoid any valet young technician from driving my car reckless to test the power of the car and potentially costing Longo thousands of dollars in repairs. I hope this is a first and last time of this issue happening, as i have brought my car to Longo for the last 2 years after having a horrible experience at Crown, where one of their valets took my car for a 2 mile joyride, and cracking my entire front lip, costing them $2700 dollars in repairs. And then them trying to lie to me about it happening. To avoid this in the future, i am asking that my car only be handled by the Master Techs because i know they are used to handling the supercar LFA.
Frank has been my advisor for many years - starting with my previous car a 2006 LS 430. He always does a great job for me. The only issue I had with this service, which is not Frank's fault, was how long it took. I decided to wait instead of getting a loaner car. I was at the shop from 7:45 until 1:00. Probably not go without a loaner car in the future.

John Yang was great! Very informative and respectful. The other staff was also very welcoming and attentive. The lobby waiting area was clean and well stocked. The system of calling service guests to the counter was very efficient. I also enjoyed the organization of how the cars are to be picked up after service, and that I received a text when my vehicle's service was completed. Thanks Longo Lexus!
