Randy gave me an excellent service . Everything went well.
It took 3 different trips to fix my car. Trip 1 was for fuel pump recall and electronic parking brake problem, trip 2 was 2 or 3 days later to fix the electronic parking brake problem again, trip 3 was to repair rim damaged during trip 3. When I received the car after trip 3 it was filthy with water spots (like someone washed the car and left it in the sun to dry), the car was covered with dirt, and 3 the roof and windshield was covered with bird shot. There isn't to much to feel good about this repair. Hopefully the epb is fixed. All total I think you had the car for about 3 weeks for a fuel pump recall and epb problem.

The service experience at Lexus was great. I was very impressed with Randy, he was very knowledgeable about the car.. and very helpful in the process. Also the loaner car experience was smooth.. I was in and out in just a few min. Very good all around!
