Sophia and other gentlemen that taking care of my service appointment were very friendly and professional. Shortly I arrived, Sophia came over and updated me about my complimentary service status. Obviously she came prepared. That was impressive as I never experience that at BMW dealership. Similar to my last visit, Sophia provided me updates and status throughout. It’s very helpful so I can plan my schedule knowing what’s going on. Very pleasant experience. A much much better experience compare to BMW dealership.

I love Sophia‘a warm, courteous and thorough service. My SUV has an ugly rubber scratch on the door for over a year. She actually clean and buff it off to a point I can hardly see it. Will definitely come back to her!
