Hi Carlos, I'm so disappointed in you and Lexus right now. I wanted to wait a week before replying to this. Just to make sure my tire is still holding air. So far so good and all it took was to take the tire off the rim and put it back on, $20 bucks. The Rim is not bent as you proclaimed and the tire is still good. The shop I took it to repair the "bent rim" confirmed what I have been saying. So my advice to you is to not argue with your customers and listen to them. This could have all been avoided if you and your team did what I suggested in the first place and take off the tire and check it. You almost got me to buy a new rim for almost $900.00 bucks!?! And I contiplated buying a new set of rims. that would have cost me well over $3k! That's unacceptable, I have been coming to Lexus for 6 years now and this event will have me question everyone at Lexus working on my car. I still plan on coming back to Lexus for maintenance, because one bad incident doesn't reflect all the other good thing done here. I really hope you and your team learn from this. I'm sure you're a good Service Rep but you totally dropped the ball this time.

The car's wind noise problem has not been fixed at all after the two service appointments
My car's seals for the roof & windshields are definitely compromised. Its problems were NOT properly & professionally fixed via the recent two repair services under my vehicle's warranty. The noise is getting worse/louder/sharper whenever the speed is over 70 MPH. Attached please find the noise recording collected after the last repair.

I didn’t discover until I got home that my driver side door panel couldn’t roll down any of the other windows in the car. A fuse may have been shorted in the new battery install.
Hi ramsin. You were great help. I do have an issue to report. Someone from Lexus ate a candy bar in m6 car and left a chocolate and caramel streak on my dashboard. This was pretty disappoint8ng to see.

The service was fine, and quicker than I expected. I understood my car would be cleaned, but when I got it back my rear window was barely wiped...a lot of it wasn't even touched. Made me feel my car was just a part of an assembly line, and I expected more from Lexus.
