It is always an excellent experience coming to stevens creek Lexus service department. This trip was a ten. Michael helped us select a service that was less expensive and more appropriate than what I had scheduled. He had an open recall completed and our car was ready the same day. They gave us a loaner car but was fine with us keeping it until the next morning.
Super easy service today. Well explained by Michael. Great communication during the service. Smooth pickup.
