This was a very different experience from my past experiences with Lexus. Usually everyone is very pleasant and helpful. This time around, the communication was lacking and it almost seemed as if no one cared. I’m not sure what it is or was but I was very unhappy with my whole experience and I will not return to Stevens Creek again. I will drive out of my way if that means I will receive better service and be treated better. No need for a response. Thank you.
