Highly disappointed with the service, instead of helping out this guy “ Ramsin Pourgevargis ” told me 5 times s in a row “there’s is nothing we can do for you” and he does not know how to listen to a customer, and got into an argument with the customer. there’s is nothing perfection about this visit and if lexus wants to keep your motto “in pursuit of perfection “ . you need to get rid of this guy. Extremely rude and dont know the first thing about customer service at all. Good thing is that at least his boss “Tom Slagle” and corworker Tom (forgot last name, an asian) was very helpful and actually represent lexus much better like it suppose to.
