Great job. One thing that wasn’t fixed was the alert alarm sounding when backing up and something is behind me like another car. Would it be possible to have it hat looked into?

We came in with many questions with regard to our 30k mile tuneup. Michael Nagy was obviously a very knowledgeable, well-trained service rep. He was not only able to answer our questions but let us leave there feeling well taken care of. The level of customer service we received is one of many reasons we are happy to be Lexus owners.
