The experience was seamless.
Sophia was absolutely wonderful. My battery was dying and contacted Lexus Service Center Chat Line. I got no response. I am going on a road trip tomorrow for a week and contacted Sophia for assistance. She managed to squeeze me in on an emergency service. She arranged to get my battery tested which failed and had a new battery installed along with other safety checks. I can now go on my trip tomorrow with confidence. I can’t thank Sophia enough. She is a superstar in my book and look forward to her continued support. Thank you
