Sampson was great! He kept in touch with me and explained why my initial service estimate doubled which made me feel better about the additional unexpected expense. When my expensive detail work was not up to my expectations ($500) he sent it back for additional cleaning. I can say that Sampson was crucial in making this experience easier and more pleasant than it could have been! Thanks Sampson!!

Excellent service and response. Quick checking in and out. Mr. Du set me up a flexible schedule which helped me to adjust to my busy schedule.
