In previous service appointments, Lexus would wash the exterior of the car. This time around, that service wasn't included as part of my visit. Has there been a change in policy? It's relatively minor, but it softens the blow of spending $2K+ on a service bill. ???? Thanks for listening!
Exterior car wash probably was completed before the weekend (Friday) and was probably parked outside since then. When I picked up the car on Wednesday, there is a coat of dust on front windscreen and front hood. I had to clean front mirror when I get home.
