Every time I walk into Lexus Stevens Creek Service Center, I feel valued and important. I always experience possibly the very best customer service of all time, starting with the kind gentleman who checks me in and then, hand me over to Deep Saini, my service consultant. Deep always takes time to explain to me the services that will be performed. He also updates me on the status of the car as to when ready for pickup. Deep is the face of Lexus Stevens Creek excellent customer service.
