Toyota service representatives are always great.. always advice on what my Camry needs to keep it in good, safe driving condition. Albert Lopez was great!! I asked him to check the missing tire air cover ( I really don’t know what it’s call but he will know what I’m talking about) and he followed thru.. it’s the small things that matter sometimes.

Last two times I have waited an hour to be seen as simple task, this recent drop off what was only Require someone taking the time to take my name and phone number but instead I waited 40 minutes unacceptable I don’t blame the the employees, This falls on managements responsibility to fix bottleneck, the employees are viable resources it up to Management to placed them, I’ve been coming to Longo since 2006 and the service was second to none. the only good thing out of this is I don’t have to return back to Longo because I paid for my services and this is the last one, from 2018 to Current me and my Purchase three vehicles add up to $100,000 in sales, Because of this unacceptable service I will not return To your facility.
