Had me bring my truck in to help me with an alignment problem and didn't do anything at all so wasted 1 hour to drive it there and 1 hour back to tell me they have to contact Toyota to see what to do. Would of been nice to tell me that before I came.

Martin is a good service advisor. I would have like more communication with me regarding my vehicle and time it would be ready. He was very busy even though I had an appointment, I still waited 2 hours+ fir a simple fix. Overall satisfaction grade C-

First the wait to have an advisor was too long. Way too many people having appointments at the same time and we are all sitting in our cars for at least 15 to 20 minutes before an advisor approaches us. . Longo continues to accept too many customers without appointments and that just adds to the delays. I Encountered a safety issue today, I was not told my brakes were at 4 mm until the car was was ready to go home. The advisor told me car was ready and then told me rear brakes were approaching red zone. Why was I not told as soon as the mechanic informed the advisor so that I could authorize the brake job before the car was ready for me to drive home? By the time i was informed it was too late and would have added another two to two and a half hours to the three hour I already waited for routine maintenance, I notice that my final paperwork said I declined the brake job, but it failed to mention i was not informed until I was told car ready to go home and that is why I declined. Now I have to take my car to another dealership to get brakes fixed ASAP. Such a huge inconvenience and safety issue! On a previous occasion with another car I brought in, Alpert Lopez , who was helping another advisor with greeting customers and taking photos of the car, said my tires were at the very minimum, closer to 3 when that was not the case at all! He said I needed new tires . I had him show me why he thought they needed replacing when my used car that I bought came with new tires. He measured again and the tire measurement tool he used showed my tires were in the green. I saw with my own eyes and he shrugged his shoulders and said we’ll see what the mechanic says. Caught in the act of lying to a customer! The mechanic who worked on the car measured my tires and they were at least 7. Such dishonesty to try to upsell service! The level of service going down just the last two visits and I must now think twice about going to Longo for service, Now I am not trusting the advisors. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I am very disappointed in the service department. I’ve always had good experience with the advisors in previous years but lately, it’s gone downhill.
