2 1/2 hr for oil change is a little much!! Why have Appointment if car sits for over an hr before they start on it?

I understand that with recent events providing service can be challenging, so I try to be patient. I do, however, expect my service provider to be honest with me. I don’t believe Jorge was. I only had a 20,000 mile service on my Tacoma. Jorge said it might be 2 hours, but probably less. I was waiting for my car. Jorge didn’t call me until I had been waiting well over 2 hours, and told me my truck was being worked on, and would be done “soon”. Another 1.5 hours went by before a different technician called me to say my car was finally done. Turns out Jorge had gone home without updating me on my car. My car wasn’t being worked on even though I had been waiting over 2 hours. If it was I wouldn’t have had to wait another 1.5 hours. Be honest! I could have made arrangements for things I had to do had he told me the truth. My day was shot, and it cost me. Very unhappy with your service.
