I feel a vibration or a wobble on steering wheel, when I drive between 65 to 70 mph, which I did not have prior to my vehicle being serviced at Longo.
I spent over $4,000 to have work done on Rack and Pinion, Replaced Left rear wheel bearing, alignment, and had steering gear replaced. Now I am feeling a Vibration or wobble when I am 65 to 70 mph on freeway.
Donovan was courteous and professional. However, due to a lack of team coordination, he over promised and under delivered. 2:15 appt to change single tire. Waited on site. Promised 4:30/5 but maybe earlier. No call or text all day. Checked back with Donovan at 5:25 on status. Saw car drive into service center at 5:35. Asked how long more since Longo just starting work? Advised 20 minutes. Watched service person lift car and began tire change at 5:38. Watched car lowered at 6:19. Asked Donovan to expedite payment process. Waited for paperwork in cashier until 6:40/6:45. Disappointed with experience because car wasn’t worked on all day while I patiently waited. Poor overall service team coordination resulting in poor customer service.

Daniel went above and beyond in my opinion. Service was behind schedule for the day, but Daniel did his absolute best to keep me in the loop the entire way. At no point was there a question in my mind about what was taking so long. I was thankful that he was upfront and honest about the delays, was patient with my questions, and guided me through the process. He is the reason why I will come back to Longo for further service.
