This was my first visit to Longo Toyota, and i have to say i was very impressed with the fast service and friendly staff. Even though i did not have an appointment. I'm sure this is not a one off experience judging on how everyone seemed to know the role they are performing. Will be back for future services

I wanted the air filter to be changed but you guys didn’t have any plus the heavy mat from the driver side was removed and was thrown to the back and it stained my back seat and was hard to remove the stain, the driver that took my. Car to the shop to get it serviced needs to be more careful with our cars.

Recent service was a smooth and efficient process. Alberto introduced himself, directed me to his station and explained the process with estimated completion time.
