The gentleman that helped me today was very professional and thorough in explaining to me what exactly my car needed, what has been done already and what my car needed in the future. He gave me the time of when my car would be finished and he delivered on time. He offered a ride for me to be taken home or to wait in the waiting area. I'm glad he helped me out. I was not told what the services to my truck would be or how much.
I was not charged until 11/30/21
I was not called to be advised about the services I was charged for.
I had callled 11/15/21 to get this resolved and was told I would get a call back about price and service, i never received a call or was left a message.
Thank you guys, and for sure I wait for the survey, I have only good experiences with Longo Toyota, I was helped by Mr.Noli Evangelista, and can say he is a wonderful person, so gentle and professional person. Thank very much for your help.
