I was as satisfied as someone who overpaid for a repair service can be. Also I did not know the name of the service advisor was Jesus. He kept saying his name was JJ and not Jesus. I didn't meet him in person as one of your employees had me check in as an early drop off, which I wasn't.

Day of service your system was down took awhile to check in had 730 appt, I explained reason I had 730 appt was to get out early as possible, got oil change and was out reasonably on time
