Everything went well right up to the return of my car (which was the fastest return ever). The problem? It was a rainy day and not only was my driver’s side mat wet with footprints but my seat and seat back were wet as well. Whenever I bring my car for service there is ALWAYS coverage put in place for use even before my car is turned over to the team members. Trusting this was done to maintain the integrity of the interior of the car, how was this precaution not followed even more diligently when the car was being returned on a rainy day. My car is not new, but it is obviously well cared for and I would have expected it to be treated as if it was a precious new car. What happened?
