Truly disappointed. I was told that the battery failed its test and needed a new one at a cost of $189. I passed on that. Next day, I had AAA come to my home to test battery with a meter, and meter read that the battery was good.Battery was not needed. Shame on you

I appreciated Noli’s professionalism during my visit to Longo Toyota. I came for an oil change. What I especially appreciated was that Noli did not give me any hard sales pressure about getting a new cabin air filter. I explained that this is something I can and have change myself. Noli was very professional, courtesy and helpful. He represented Longo in the best possible light.
I also want to thank Emily who did my oil change. It was great to see a young lady as a Toyota mechanic. Emily was kind enough to find a replacement bolt that has been missing on my engine air filter. (Yes, I change that myself too.) Emily was very professional and represented customer service at it’s best. I hope that Longo Toyota will continue to encourage young ladies to become mechanics.
