Everything went smoothly and professionally. Donovan kept me updated and was friendly and professional. I forgot to ask if I could get an oil change while they had my car. It would have been nice if that were flagged somehow on our account.

My car service was completed on time and discounts were applied to my service invoice. I was updated by text messages and phone calls about the service appointment.
Service was exceptional. Quick, easy and no hassle. My service advisor called when he said he was going to call and provided me with information as to what was performed on the vehicle, as well as the vehicle’s overall condition.

Johan ****always provides excellent service. This criticism does not reflect Mr. ****in any way. At my request, my service needs were handed over to Mr. ****after Ethan checked me in (Johan wasn’t there yet). I had a sensor light that needed a diagnostic test. Ethan said that he would personally call me with the results. He NEVER called me. I had a 1:30 appointment for routine servicing and a sensor light check and the car wasn’t done until 7:30 pm. Ethan didn’t call me or notify me about the car. Johan updated me, but Ethan didn’t tell him to notify me about the sensor. 6 hours without that update is ridiculous. After all that, they didn’t have sensors. This is the second time I had to deal with Ethan. His customer service was awful both times. I refuse to have him ‘help’ me even again.
Gevani was rude and mock me at the end of the conversation where I asked to speak to the service Manager.
I called Duran To get more information and was given no good explanation.
Good service, good personality, very kind
Wednesday, 12/29/21, was not a good day. Appointment at 10:00am and was there until 4:00 for a basic oil change. Was informed at end of day brakes were at 1%, so had to return following day, 12/30/21. Bruce Herrera assured me car would be done in two in a half hours and he followed through as promised.
Very nice, answered customers questions and responded professionally.

It took 6 hours with an appointment to get my car done. I dropped off at 12:30 and was told it would be ready by 5. At 3pm I got a message saying it's in good progress but I didn't get any call or notification afterwards. I went to cashier for status twice and finally got a call from Joseph at 6pm. It is taking way to long for a regular 35000 miles service.
Alejandro was courteous and explained options available.
