Appreciate the communication and support provided by Mike Pinero and the service technician during this appointment. Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle. This is my fourth Ram HD and I will not be buying another one. Very unhappy with the number of issues I have had with the truck and it seems to be wearing out quicker than any i have own previously.

Excellent thinking from Mike. He simply swappping my two snow tires on front of my HHR with two good tires so brought from home. But he pointed out a nice nuance about my tires and allocated tires a better way than expected to remount. Thanx!

I'm really happy that Mike Pienro had put a good tech person on my Jeep. My only concern is the high cost for a 30,000 mile checkup. Mike did a good job of explaining what was being done.

Tim who worked on my car was amazing. He took time to listen to a noise my car was making and he was pretty sure he knew what the problem Was. He said he would check and call me to confirm. I missed his call so he texted me to confirm the issue of a dirty filter. He sent me the price and a picture of my filter along with a picture of a new one!! Just unbelievable. He was so passionate about his craft and was very friendly. Very impressive. Then the young lady at the cashier who checked me out was very good I asked if she was new and she had been there since like Sept Oct. Honestly I been been a customer of Key for over 15 years and this young lady gave the best customer service I have ever had at that window!!! Give her a raise you need her there.

Vehicle's Oil Life percentage gauge was not reset. No updated sticker indicating when next service is due. Motor oil drops on front bumper. Windshield has a crack that was not noticed before taking to Key for vehicle service.

Very disappointed that it took 9 days to replace power steering pump can't believe it takes that long to get parts maybe you should carry more parts
