I was informed as I left she believed the extra gauge installed in my truck somehow voided some part of my warranty but didn't elaborate or explain why or what she was talking about. I can not find anything that backs up her claim or why . And would love a real answer provided..Or maybe I'll use a different dealer for my needs next time. In the past I had bought more than a few cars at key. Unfortunately my last 2 newer vehicles come from competitors
Our appointment was set for 7:30 am Thursday and didn't get a call back till late Thursday afternoon. We were told it was a 4 hour job to replace the power steering pump and they would get it done Friday. Late Friday afternoon, a service person told us they didn't have the part which was not true. Thought they were going to do the recall fix but have to order parts. I had asked when setting up appointment if they had the items to fix on this day and was told yes.
My appointment was for Saturday 4/15 and they got my truck in on Friday 4/14! Very happy about that!
