She was extremely helpful when I received my car when it was done with scheduled service and I remembered one more item that I hadn’t asked to have them take care of. She quickly took my car in and had that taken care of within minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better service and with a smile!

Service was efficient and well-handled. Only negative comment goes to the dealership on COVID concerns. Waiting room was a bit cramped and ventilation could definitely be improved.

I came in with a coupon for an oil change and a tire rotation for about $30. When they came with the invoice for $77. I was told they made an up grade to a synthetic oil, it would have been nice if they let me know that the change was required and should have told me before work was done. I asked about the tire rotation and they did not do it even tho it was part of the coupon. They eventually rotated the tires and adjusted the bill to $50. I felt I had to argue with the staff to to get the service that was clearly stated on the coupon. Everyone on staff I talked to said it was someone else's fault. I have set up an appointment on Wednesday for similar service with oil change and tire rotation coupon on the second Mazda I own,I sincerely hope to have a better experience next time. I am giving your staff a second opportunity to make me a satisfied customer.
