My mileage odometer reading is 13603. The service report shows mileage in at 35073 and out at 35704. I believe the tech read the trip odometer rather than the mileage odometer

**** was very professional in helping me with my car problem. She took time to be sure that I understood everything and even taught me somethings that I did not know about my car. I hope that I get to work with her the next time I need to take my car to the garage.

I told the service rep what was wrong and still was charged for putting on your computer system. And it cost me and extra 120.00. I got the same info for free at Advanced Auto.

He checked on my warranty for me to be sure the work would be covered.appreciate that he even walked me to the cashier to be sure that all the paperwork was complete and I had no confusion or questions. Took almost 2 hrs... didnt really want me to discuss situation with mechanic involved . Other than one battery cable, not sure how much they delved into the problem.
