The shuttle driver was supposed to pick me up at 4:30 at work. I had to be somewhere by 5:45. The driver didn't show and at 5:10 the service dept called and said she just got back to the shop. I work in davenport so for her to come from Moline to Davenport then back to Moline would have been way too late especially since I had already been waiting. This was not just an isolated incident with this particular driver. Last time she was a half an hour late and didn't call. Again I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. I believe her name is Nancy. The drivers should at least call if they are going to be late. I had to make other arrangements to get picked up and get my car and was late to my meeting. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with this particular driver. I realize they are retired but they need to know that other people still have schedules. If there are no time guarantees then your customers should know that ahead of time. I have used the shuttle service several times and have had no issues with any other driver picking me up on time.

Car unexpectedly stopped and was not drivable...had to be towed to Key. Despite being busy, they worked my car in to diagnose the issue and order the part. It was fixed and under warranty by the following afternoon. Wow! What service!!
