This is my 1st experience with a dealer for maintenance for ANY vehicle I've ever owned. This is also the first Toyota I've ever owned, and the reliability is what brought me over. From the minute I drove in to the service bay, having John approach me and introduce himself, I knew I chose the right place. My service will ALWAYS be done in the future by your dealership. I do not know the name of the mechanic, but the work done on my Tundra was top shelf, and quick. John kept me posted throughout the morning about every step taken. The facility was extra clean, and any employee I interacted with was nothing but kind. It seems through the employees that it's a good place to work. Honesty is a key factor. Repairs are done right, no shortcuts, and I look forward to a long relationship as my Tundra goes to the years of service other manufacturers only dream of. Well done, and John is a Rockstar!
