The problems with my 4Runner probably couldn’t have come at a worse time. And we were 1,000 miles from home. John was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and _so_ helpful. He and the whole experience of working with Anderson Webber was amazing. Because of their dedication we were able to get back home for Christmas. You couldn’t have given us a better gift. Thank you.

When I scheduled the appointment I noted an additional issue that I needed fixed. When I dropped my car off I was told I would need to schedule another appointment to have that done despite that being a noted issue for the appointment. I said I would be able to leave the car there for several days because I was going on vacation and it could be done whenever they had time but I was told they couldn’t because there was a chance of snow next week. I guess I was unclear on why the chance of snow was an issue. The person I was working with seemed unwilling to even see if there was time that day or the next to try and get it done while the car was already there.

The person who worked with me was very genuine and welcoming. He was open to all questions I had, went out with me to my car to teach me how to tell when my tires are wearing down, and checked in while I was waiting. He was great.
