John was unbelievable - he kept us informed of every step in the process of fixing our car since we are out of town - he also suggested things we could be looking into to make the towing & insurance concerns go smoothly. What a great advocate we have in John! We had John on speed dial & each time he took our call he was patient and positive. Chris was terrific over the phone today as we paid our bill - she was so helpful and friendly - what a gem! We love Anderson Weber!

The Anderson-Weber staff is friendly, courteous, and honest. No one could ask for more in a dealership. After the recent much needed repairs, my 2006 Highlander now feels like a new vehicle. At one time or another, I’ve done business with all of the service writers. Each has treated me well and provided me with the information I needed to make Godiva decisions on needed repairs. The technicians are all first rate. Kudos thus time to Jeremy who spotted not only the problems I knew about, but found others that would have created major problems in the future. The loaner vehicle provided was excellent, if I didn’t like my present Highlander, I’d but one like the loaned SUV, In short, I agree with many others that there is no better service department in Dubuque. I will always be an Anderson-Weber customer.

Today my wife had our Toyota Rav4, (purchased at Anderson-Weber) for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer told my wife, Sharee, that we needed to replace our battery due to a recall. Sharee believed the writer and had the battery replaced at our expense, $106.98. Our original Rav4 battery had been replaced in 2020 and was installed correctly. There was nothing wrong with the battery that we paid $106.98 + tax to replace. The service department and writer sold my wife a battery we DID NOT need. We purchased this Toyota from Anderson Weber because we trusted you, we will never do business with Anderson Weber again. We thought you were a credible dealer we could trust, we learned you are not. Your may have earned a profit on selling my wife a battery we did not need, but you will NEVER make another deceitful penny from us again. Your former customers, Larry and Sharee Severson

Very quick and easy. Nice sitting area with coffee tea and water. They even gave my son a free hot wheel which he is tickled about. Very friendly staff as well.
