J was wonderful and kept me informed of everything they were doing and the costs associated with each service. When my appointment ran longer than expected he arranged to have me drive a loaner car. J was very polite, professional, and kind. I highly recommend him.

Jay was fantastic to work with. Very professional, personable and accommodating when we had a vehicle emergency while out of town. Located the problem quickly, had the part in stock and had the vehicle ready in half a business day. Only feedback I would give is I would have hoped the washer fluid was topped off. Wife ran out of fluid driving kids to school couple days later in smart winter conditions.

I don’t have an issue with the actual service it’s just that when I made the appointment I was told it would take an hour. When I got there the service manager told me it might be two hours. It ended up needing an alignment but they didn’t let me know about that and it ended up being almost 3 hours. That was not budgeted into my day so I was not very happy about that. I’ve been spoiled by Schaumburg Toyota for 20 years and they do car washes which I was surprised that you do not do. I’m sure the service is just fine it’s just that it was an unexpected dent in my day that I was not prepared for . I do think that more updates during the service would have been nice so I knew that it was gonna be an additional time past two hours. I got a text that said after two hours, your car is in good hands that didn’t tell me anything. I would’ve liked to of known that it was going to be another hour . Everyone dealt with my crankinness quite well I must say

Trust is something that is earned , and you folks are over the top as far as trust goes ,your courtesy and professionalism is un matched by any dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife and I thank you for taking care of us. My wife retires in 3 years, I have NEVER had a Tacma , if we can afford 1 then I can plow snow in style. Have a great week Chad.
