I love Anderson Weber. They’re fair & honest about pricing. The whole place feels top of line. Customer service is exceptional. When I was introduced to this place I did not believe a dealership could be the most honest place for repairs. But they are. I will never go anywhere else.

Your service department is the best, I have a Honda and I take it to Jon Heller a Toyota service because I trust them completely, I have used their service for many years, since 1981. Also which is very important to me is their courteous and friendliness, I would recommend them to anyone.

He was very nice and went out of his way to check things I had questions about. Also the lady who does the check out in the service department is one of the nicest people. She is always so nice and encouraging. I'm older and they are very patient and nice to me.

I was greatly impressed by your staff’s willingness to help me with the problems that I was having with my vehicle and am very appreciative for that, from Jon and the young lady who I first encountered on my arrival to the two gentlemen who gave me a ride home when I dropped off my wagon for service and came to pick me up from my house,

Next week we are leaving on trip to the East coast. Early this the “required maintenance” reminder popped on the monitor. I called for service and the receptionist stated the earliest appoint would be next week. She referred me to Jon and after explaining the situation, Jon instructed me to bring it in early on Thursday. This type service will keep me coming back to Anderson- Weber. Thank you, Jon.
