I was happy with the work that was done it was professional. Not so happy with the fact that the emergency brake malfunction and we never used it. Also how long it took to get the part. My car had to sit in the garage and I was unable to use it.

My automatic door locks are still not working. However every couple of weeks they will work one time. Bill said it would be easier to diagnose the problem when they quit working completely, so I’m still waiting for that to happen.

We just moved back to Iowa from Texas. I need my service done on the Rav 4. The guys in service at Anderson Weber Toyota in Dubuque Iowa were outstanding. This is my third Rav and my 4th is on order with Justin. I will never buy from the other "two" Thank you Susa Braatz

Jay was outstanding and courteous in his work. His communication with us was thorough. He helped us in a way that is uncommon for today. He cared that we would get our van up and going at a very moderate price. It needed a new alternator and we were abour 4 hours from home. He got us going by the very next morning! What an asset he is for Toyota's customer relations.

The service manager doesn't listen and is only there to see how much he can run up the bill. This the second time I have delt with him and its going to be the last time I will take my vehicles somewhere else from now on
