I discovered today that one of my headlamps was burned out. I will be hitting the road tomorrow for two weeks of traveling, so I had no prior appointment. I called and was told to bring the car into your facility. Mr. Martin met me and assured me they could work me in and replace the bulb. An hour later I left, problem solved and no worries for my trip (I own a 2013 Venza and never have any worries with it other than routine maintenance and changing the occasional bulb). Mr. Martin was very helpful and even apologized for the length of time the replacement took. Since I had no appointment, I did not think the wait time was long at all; I was just grateful to get the job done on short notice. This is not the first time the Anderson-Weber service crew has bailed me out. Previously they helped me with a battery replacement in a cold January. Mr. Wilhelm, Mr Martin, and others in your service department are first rate and I have always been extremely satisfied in the five years I have been a customer.

I’m not ready to get a new car yet but in future a small SUV maybe Toyota Rav . My car is worth more to me then I would get for it but I will come to look for one in another 4 years when I’m retired . Thanks so much !!!

I appreciate the time and effort put into the Care of my truck and the dedication to making sure all avenues were explored. The result of this was a problem being solved without unnecessary expense. What was not appreciated was the lack of communication from William. I, too, have a life and need to make plans when "estimated" times extend well beyond the original estimate. I HATEit when my options are taken away from me because of lack of communication. I can make adjustments but only when I am kept informed.
