Thank you so much for making special accommodations for me. I am out of town providing end of life care for my father and unable to return to Dubuque. Bill made arrangements to have a driver drive up to Elkader, pick up my car, take it back to Dubuque for service and return it the same day-and provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle. Jay was so personable and thorough. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He kept me in the loop on my vehicle’s status and treated me with the upmost respect.
