I am always extremely satisfied with John. Also, the person sitting to his right (I forgot his name) always helps me if John is too busy or not working the day I come in. One example from this person, I came in when my “tire” light came on, John was off bc of his father’s situation, and this person came right up to me and took care of my problem with my tire(s). NOW, my disappointment!!! It is Unbelievable to me that a headlight bulb cost $217.00. Was there no generic bulb to install in my 13year old vehicle?? I believe I do not always need an expensive genuine Lexus part installed into or on my vehicle. If my vehicle was brand new or only several years old, possibly then. This is my opinion. I have never purchased a vehicle from your business, however, I have always had my cars serviced at your business. I was just trying to think of how many years I have been coming in with all my different vehicles, it was just a thought that crossed my mind, many many years. There, I guess I had sounded off enough for today!!! I want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year ????. Mary N

The appointment was easy to set up w/ John, and I didn’t have to wait weeks for an opening. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I’m always confident of excellent service @ A/W. But I do wonder what happened to the customer loyalty discount for oil change service that I had always appreciated, as I’ve had all our family vehicles serviced at your dealership.
