I was told my service was going to be free based on toyota care. I informed the payment desk I used my last toyota care free service back in Sept of 2022 but she mentioned there is some leeway on the 24 mos. The service ticket that had N/C written on it was from my September visit not my visit from March 18th. I received a phone call today March 19th that I owed money for the oil change. Frustrating getting a $90 bill after you were told it was free and told them your Toyota care was used up. Didnt know I had to question it 4 or 5 times to make sure I had to pay. No sorry for the inconvenience we will knock a little off the oil change. Just, O not sure who told you that but it’s wrong you owe $90. John was not rude just find it annoying getting a bill after the fact when I questioned it.

Would have preferred to have a more detailed breakdown of all the expenses incurred. Not sure why changing a heater hose cost $600 dollars.
