The only issue I had is that my lights were all turned off, and I could not tell this while in the lit parking lot. As I left and turned up the street, I couldn’t even find the lights to turn them on as many of the interior indicator buttons were also not lit. (I opened my trunk and gas tank cover by accident.) I had to pull into the Hampton Inn parking lot and use the flashlight on my phone to figure out how to turn my lights back on, as even pressing the Always On button didn’t do the trick. There was a setting on the left stick that had set all lights to off. It’s not one I’ve ever used in my car before. I’m not sure why the lights all need to be turned off for a multi-point inspection, but it seems dangerous to let a client leave in the dark without having headlights in the On position, or mentioning that they’re not.

Jay is a leader on the service team. Always very helpful and focused on the customer. The brake issue was corrected at no cost. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for automotive repairs and will always look at AW for the next vehicle. Hope 2024 is a great year.

Anderson Weber needs to get their prices in check. I was quoted 400 dollars to change 6 plugs. That is out of line. I know Bill doesn't set the prices. This is a management problem.
