Your service people are very courteous, and always do a complete perfect job. I am very fussy about my vehicles and they always are very careful around it. This excellent service is why I buy from Russ Weber or Anderson Weber.

I was asked if I was waiting for my car, and offered a loaner if not. Also, I was given a thorough explanation of the service and car inspection. The customer service I received was greatly appreciated.

I am so comfortable there with my hot tea and the use of the wifi that the time goes so quickly! I bring my car in Clean and the service department makes sure it stays that way. Thank you I'm pretty sure I will always own a Toyota

Your whole service team including the billing staff are excellent as usual. I appreciate being able to turn down some services and it be received without pressuring me as a customer. Just a little thing but wanted to mention it. Had to bring vehicle in a second time to drop it off because dealer didn't have a loaner car. 50 mile round trip. Overall service was good. Thanks.

I am pleasantly happy that I did not have to pay for the last experience at Anderson Weber. I will say that much. However the gold plan that I paid for extended warranty should cover something at least.I bought this 2010 Toyota Highlander not even one year ago and I have had at least two experiences that should never have happened to it. In one instance the automatic start stopped working and in the other instance a tire was loose. Can you imagine?? This vehicle was bought with the great reputation that Toyota has and I expected that there would be no problems with this vehicle and we have had two times now to deal with something weird. And this was the first time that I ever had to deal with an extended warranty call in. They made me jump through a bunch of Hoops. I don't know if it was worth buying the extended warranty with the effort I had to put in. I would just soon take it to the nearest service station rather than have it towed all the way into Dubuque to the dealership. And when it was there it took a long time to get this vehicle back. Also, this Highlander still makes a noise. I had brought it to the salesman's attention before I bought it and told them where it was at and at that time nothing was found. The noise got worse and when the vehicle was in for an oil change it was I who had to tell the mechanic what the noise was again and what I thought that it was making the noise and the mechanic found it. The question I have is why did nobody look at it right before I bought this thing? The answer is that nobody really looked. This vehicle was bought at a hefty price and I had high expectations along with my wife. But, between the loose tire, the rattle from the exhaust heatshield, and the vehicle not starting she has lost a lot of faith in it. She is now talking Nissan. I don't know how to reply to her. Maybe you can tell me. I apologize for the lengthy reply, but you DID want feedback.
